Technical Support Representative Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering and resolving product-support questions received from customers.
- Assist customers with remote of app or product configuration, hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults through voice, e-mail or chat.
- Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.
Technical Support Representative Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in technical support and customet service.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Bachelor’s Degree holder is a plus
- Proficient in both written and spoken English
