Technical Support Representative

Are you passionate about technology and eager to provide exceptional customer support? Callhounds Global invites you to join our team as a Technical Support Representative. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for addressing technical concerns and inquiries, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of assistance.

Technical Support Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering and resolving product-support questions received from customers.
  • Assist customers with remote of app or product configuration, hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults through voice, e-mail or chat.
  • Providing timely and accurate customer feedback.
  • Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem.

Technical Support Representative Skills and Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in technical support and customet service.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Bachelor’s Degree holder is a plus
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English
