Job Brief

At Callhounds Global, we are looking for a Quality Team Leader who will be responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving the quality management system. The Quality Team Leader will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and statutory requirements.

The Quality Team Leader will be a key member of the management team, and will report directly to the CEO. He or she will be responsible for leading and managing a team of quality assurance specialists.

The Quality Team Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing quality plans, quality control procedures, and quality improvement programs. He or she will also be responsible for investigating customer complaints and non-conformances, and for developing corrective and preventive actions.

Quality Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as a role model for the company’s Quality values
  • Lead and participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Investigate customer complaints and take corrective action
  • Monitor supplier performance and take corrective action when necessary
  • Train employees on quality procedures
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of quality standards
  • Prepare quality reports for upper management
  • Recommend improvements to quality systems
  • Implement new quality procedures
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of quality procedures

Quality Team Leader Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years experience in quality assurance or quality control
  • Proven track record of successful quality improvement initiatives
  • Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and process capability
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Master’s degree in quality management, engineering, or related field
  • Certification in quality management (CQM, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Experience in Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
