At Callhounds Global, we’re looking for an Assistant Team Leader who is passionate about people and has a proven track record of developing and motivating teams to achieve success. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to think on their feet to solve problems quickly. He or she will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and will be able to build relationships with team members, clients, and other departments. The assistant team leader will report directly to the team leader and will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the team, as well as leading and motivating the team to achieve success.

Assistant Team Leader Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help develop and implement team objectives in alignment with company goals
  • Assist the team leader in managing day-to-day operations, including but not limited to: scheduling, resource allocation, project tracking, and quality assurance
  • Serve as a point of contact for team members, providing support and guidance as needed
  • Help resolve conflicts and issues within the team
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas of improvement
  • Prepare reports on team progress and activity
  • Conduct regular team meetings and coordinate with other teams as needed
  • Assist with onboarding new team members and provide training as needed
  • Help develop and maintain team policies and procedures
  • Manage team budget and expenditures
  • Perform research and analysis as needed to support team decisions
  • Other duties as assigned

Assistant Team Leader Skills and Qualifications:  

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • College degree
  • Previous success in leading and motivating a team
  • Experience developing internal processes and procedures
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and expense management
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
